Japan has developed to reduce the amount of dust generated linear guides and ball screws

Seiko developed to reduce the amount of dust generated linear guides "low dust NSK linear guides students" and the ball screw "low Health and dust ball screw." And will be available beginning in April 2011. Suitable for semiconductor and LCD manufacturing devices for use in clean environments such as machinery and transport equipment.

Combination of new products have been put into operation in Japan Seiko oil and a newly developed low-dust sealing body. Through the linear guide and ball screw tiny particles generated within the sealed, substantially reduced the amount of raw dust. Able to guide the structure and the screw shaft to maintain a minimum gap between the state.
